About me

My name is Netysha Santos. With thousands of hours of coaching experience, I have been a coach and leadership consultant since 2014. My clients work at some of the most prestigious companies in the business world from management consulting to big tech.

Prior to this, I had an extensive business career working on Wall Street and Google.  My formal training and education include the following:

• Birkman Certified Professional:  psychometric instrument

On a more personal level, I am a NYC transplant currently living in Paris with my husband and 3 kids. I have tons of interests: food, traveling, comedy, books, the ocean and mountains, music and all manners of performing arts (dance and Broadway musicals top the list). Feel free to ask me about it!
